โWe had an unforgettable 5D4N trip to Bali with Gomayu Holidays! From the very beginning, the communication was smooth, clear, and professional. Everything was perfectly organized; airport pickup, hotel check-ins, and daily tours were always on time, with no stress at all. Our stay was split between a beautiful private pool villa in Seminyak and a comfortable room at Grand Mega Resort, both of which exceeded expectations. The itinerary was well-balanced with adventure, culture, and relaxation. We really enjoyed the watersports (banana boat, jet ski, parasailing), the stunning Uluwatu Temple with Kecak dance, and the romantic candlelight dinner at Jimbaran Beach. The Bali swing and tandem ATV ride were absolute highlights and so much fun! Visiting Lempuyang Temple (Gate of Heaven) was magical and very well arranged despite the crowds. We had some spare time to visit the malls and try local food as well. Special thanks to the guide and driver, who was friendly, helpful, super-flexible and always made sure we were comfortable. We didnโt have to worry about anything as everything was well-organized. Highly recommended for anyone planning a hassle-free and memorable Bali trip. Thank you, Gomayu Holidays, for making our holiday truly special!โ

โI had a 9-day trip to Vietnam with my daughter. I was skeptical about going through a travel agent but Gomayu totally changed my perspective. They are doing a good job. Anyone willing to travel through a travel agent can choose Gomayu. Thank you for a wonderful trip. We truly enjoyed it. Also, special thanks to Mr. Yuwan and Mr. Elho for making the entire trip smooth. Keep up the good work, guys.โ

Why Bali, Singapore, and Malaysia
This itinerary combines three very different Southeast Asian experiences: Bali's natural landscapes and Balinese culture, Singapore's polished modern city attractions, and Malaysia's highland resort and cave temple sites. For travelers from Nepal wanting a broad first look at the region rather than committing to one country, this route covers volcanoes, rice terraces, a dramatic island day trip, a garden dome city, and a mountaintop resort, all within ten days.
Bali's Highlands and Culture
The Bali portion opens with Tegenungan Waterfall, a tiered jungle waterfall a short drive from Ubud, followed by the Kintamani highlands, where the main draw is the view across Lake Batur to Mount Batur, an active volcano that last erupted in 2000. Ubud itself remains Bali's cultural center, with Ubud Palace, the historic seat of the Ubud royal family, sitting at the heart of town alongside the Ubud Art Market's dense rows of textiles, woodwork, and paintings.
Nusa Penida in a Day
The Nusa Penida day trip covers the island's most photographed sites by fast boat and vehicle: Kelingking Beach's dinosaur-shaped cliff viewpoint, Angel's Billabong's natural tidal pool, Broken Beach's rock archway, and Crystal Bay's calmer swimming water. Since this is a single day rather than an overnight stay, the schedule moves briskly between stops, and sea conditions on the fast boat crossing can occasionally affect timing.
Tegalalang and the Subak System
Tegalalang Rice Terraces, just north of Ubud, are part of Bali's UNESCO listed Cultural Landscape of Bali Province, inscribed in 2012 for the ancient subak irrigation system that has shaped the island's rice farming for over a thousand years. While the larger and more remote Jatiluwih terraces are also part of the same UNESCO designation, Tegalalang is the more accessible and commonly visited site, known for its dramatic valley views and the popular swing installations overlooking the paddies. A stop at a local coffee plantation typically rounds out the morning, where Kopi Luwak, a coffee made from beans partially digested by civets, is a well known if divisive local specialty worth trying at least once.
Singapore: Gardens and Sentosa
Singapore shifts the trip toward a modern city experience. Gardens by the Bay's Flower Dome and Cloud Forest conservatories are the standout stop, alongside a panoramic drive through Merlion Park, Little India, and Chinatown. Sentosa Island, reached by cable car, adds a resort island day with Madame Tussauds and the Wings of Time nighttime show, a multimedia display combining water, lasers, and fire projected onto the beach.
Kuala Lumpur: Highlands and Caves
The trip closes in Kuala Lumpur with two of the city's best known day trips. Genting Highlands, reached by the Awana SkyWay cable car, sits at roughly 1,800 meters elevation and includes SkyAvenue, a large shopping and entertainment complex at the resort's base. Batu Caves, a limestone hill temple complex marked by a large golden statue of Lord Murugan, is reached by climbing 272 brightly painted steps to the main cave temple, one of the most significant Hindu shrines outside India.
Getting Between the Three Countries
This itinerary uses a domestic flight within Indonesia's transfer logistics only where needed, an international flight from Bali to Singapore, and a roughly 5 hour coach transfer between Singapore and Kuala Lumpur across the border checkpoint. Because the trip spans three countries, travelers should plan for three separate sets of entry requirements.
Visa Requirements for Nepali Citizens
Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia each have their own entry requirements for Nepali citizens, and these should be confirmed well ahead of travel since rules can vary and change by nationality. Typical documents across all three applications include a passport valid for at least six months, a completed application form, a recent passport size photo, proof of confirmed tour booking, and a bank statement covering the last few months. Gomayu assists with the visa process for all three countries.
Currency Across the Trip
This itinerary crosses three currencies: the Indonesian Rupiah, the Singapore Dollar, and the Malaysian Ringgit. Cards are widely accepted at hotels and larger restaurants across all three, but keeping some local cash on hand in each destination is useful for markets, small purchases, and tips.
Good to Know
This itinerary moves through three countries and several distinct landscapes in ten days, so most days involve a mix of sightseeing and travel rather than long free stretches. The Nusa Penida day trip in particular depends on sea conditions, so it's worth building a little flexibility around that day specifically.
