A Theme Park Focused Three-Country Trip

This itinerary leans more heavily into theme parks and family attractions than your existing Thailand Singapore Malaysia package, adding Safari World and Marine Park in Bangkok and a full day at Universal Studios Singapore on top of the usual city sightseeing. It's a good fit for families or groups traveling with children who want more structured entertainment days alongside the cultural stops.

Pattaya and Coral Island

The trip opens with a short stay in Pattaya, built around the Coral Island (Koh Larn) day trip. Reached by a roughly 45 minute speedboat crossing from Pattaya Pier, Tawaen Beach offers calm, clear water for swimming and snorkeling, with optional water sports available on the beach.

Bangkok: Temples, a Cruise, and Safari World

Bangkok covers both culture and family entertainment. Wat Arun, the Temple of Dawn, and Wat Pho, home to a large reclining Buddha, anchor the city tour, followed by an evening Chao Phraya River dinner cruise with live performances. Safari World and Marine Park, on the city's outskirts, combines a drive-through open-air safari with marine and bird shows, a popular full day option for families that's less common on standard Bangkok itineraries.

Singapore: Sentosa and Universal Studios

Singapore is given two full attraction days here rather than the usual single city tour. Sentosa Island adds Madame Tussauds, the Wings of Time nighttime show, and a 4D Marvel cinema experience. Universal Studios Singapore, located on Sentosa itself, is one of Southeast Asia's major theme parks, with zones themed around Hollywood, Sci-Fi City, and Ancient Egypt among others, offering a full day of rides and shows suited to a range of ages.

Kuala Lumpur: City, Caves, and Highlands

Kuala Lumpur closes the trip with a city tour covering the Petronas Twin Towers (exterior and KLCC Park), Merdeka Square, the historic plaza where Malaysia's independence was declared in 1957, and the National Museum. Batu Caves, a limestone hill temple complex, is reached by climbing 272 brightly painted steps to the main cave temple. The trip's final full day heads up to Genting Highlands by cable car, where the resort's outdoor theme park closed back in 2013 and was eventually replaced by Genting SkyWorlds, which opened in 2022, alongside SkyAvenue, the resort's shopping and entertainment mall.

Getting Between the Three Countries

This itinerary uses a domestic transfer within Thailand (Bangkok to Pattaya and back by road), an international flight from Bangkok to Singapore, and a roughly 5 hour coach transfer between Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. Because the trip spans three countries, travelers should plan for three separate sets of entry requirements.

Visa Requirements for Nepali Citizens

Nepali passport holders need a tourist visa arranged in advance for Thailand through the Royal Thai Embassy in Kathmandu, since visa on arrival isn't available for Nepali citizens. Singapore and Malaysia both have their own entry requirements for Nepali citizens, which can vary and change, so these should be confirmed well ahead of travel. Typical documents across all three applications include a passport valid for at least six months, a completed application form, a recent passport size photo, proof of confirmed tour booking, and a bank statement covering the last few months. What to Pack

Given the mix of beach days, theme parks, and temple visits, comfortable walking shoes are worth prioritizing given how much ground the theme park days in particular cover. Modest clothing is expected for temple visits in Bangkok and at Batu Caves. Genting Highlands runs noticeably cooler than the rest of the trip, so a light jacket is worth packing for that day.
