A 5-day Bali trip from Nepal costs about NRs 1,37,000 to 1,78,000 per person, plus the Indonesia e-Visa. That is our Bali Holiday Package from NRs 44,700, a Kathmandu to Bali (Denpasar) return economy fare of about NRs 83,000 to 1,10,000, the Bali Tourist Levy and NRs 7,725 to 21,877 of pocket money for meals, a SIM and local rides. A 7-day Bali trip comes to about NRs 1,44,000 to 1,91,000 per person plus the e-Visa, and a honeymoon couple on our 6-day Bali Honeymoon Package should budget about NRs 2,86,000 to 3,74,000 for two.
Prices checked: 1 Oct 2026. Package prices are Gomayu's live "from" prices on that date, per person, for a group of 3 to 7 travellers unless we say otherwise. Exchange rate: Nepal Rastra Bank's selling rate on 1 Oct 2026 was 1 US dollar = NRs 153.64. Nepal Rastra Bank does not publish a rupiah rate, so we converted through the dollar at the market rate of about IDR 17,900 per US dollar on 30 Sep 2026 (Katadata), which gives 1,000 Indonesian rupiah (IDR) = about NRs 8.58. Flight fares change every day, so treat the flight ranges as a guide, not a quote.

Bali trip cost from Nepal: the maths for 5 and 7 days
Every total below is built the same way: our land package, plus a return flight from Kathmandu, plus the Bali Tourist Levy, plus pocket money. The Indonesia e-Visa is added on top because its government fee is set by Indonesian immigration and can change.
| Cost item (per person) | 5 days: Bali Holiday Package | 7 days: Bali Highlights Tour |
|---|---|---|
| Land package (from price, 3 to 7 travellers) | NRs 44,700 | NRs 49,800 |

| Nusa Penida entry levy (IDR 25,000 to 50,000) | Not needed | NRs 215 to 429 |

| Total, before the e-Visa | NRs 1,36,712 to 1,77,864 | NRs 1,44,259 to 1,90,771 |
The low end assumes a cheap fare and simple warung meals; the high end a fuller fare, café meals and more rides. Shopping, spa and water sports are extra.

What do Gomayu's Bali tour packages cost?
Our priced Bali packages start from NRs 39,000 per person for 5 days. All prices below are land packages: hotels, airport transfers, the sightseeing in the itinerary with a driver-cum-guide, and daily breakfast. International flights are not included, and neither is the e-Visa.
- Bali & Nusa Penida Tour: from NRs 39,000 per person, 5 days
- Bali Holiday Package: from NRs 44,700 per person, 5 days
- Bali Romantic Honeymoon Getaway: from NRs 44,800 per person, 5 days
- Bali Honeymoon Package: from NRs 47,900 per person, 6 days (Nusa Penida fast boat included)
- Bali Highlights Tour: from NRs 49,800 per person, 7 days (Nusa Penida fast boat included)
- Bali, Singapore & Malaysia Tour: from NRs 97,500 per person, 10 days
Four more Bali tours are priced on request for your dates and group: the Bali Hindu Pilgrimage Tour (7 days), the Bali Family Adventure Tour (6 days), the Ubud Wellness & Yoga Retreat (5 days) and the Bali & Gili Islands Tour (7 days).
The "from" price is for a group of 3 to 7 travellers. Smaller and larger groups pay a different rate per person. Here is how it works on the Bali Holiday Package:
| Group size | Price per person |
|---|---|
| 2 travellers | NRs 46,000 |
| 3 to 7 travellers | NRs 44,700 |
| 8 to 13 travellers | NRs 43,500 |
| 14 or more travellers | NRs 42,000 |
So a couple travelling alone pays NRs 1,300 more each than the headline price, and a large family or office group pays less.
How much is a flight from Kathmandu to Bali?
A return economy ticket from Kathmandu to Bali (Denpasar, DPS) costs about NRs 83,000 to 1,10,000 for most dates we checked. On 1 Oct 2026, KAYAK's route page showed typical return fares of US$538 to US$710 (about NRs 82,658 to 1,09,084), and Thai Airways' own Kathmandu to Denpasar page showed return economy fares from about NRs 95,100, with its December 2026 calendar fare at NRs 1,09,739.
- No direct flights: every route has one stop. In KAYAK's data the most used connections are Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia Airlines), Bangkok (Thai Airways) and Singapore (Singapore Airlines).
- Journey time: about 11 to 13 hours door to door, depending on the layover.
- Cheaper months: KAYAK's data shows December as the lowest-fare month on this route and September as the most expensive.
- Connections: book the whole journey on one ticket. If you split tickets, check the transit rules for Nepali passports first.
Fares change daily, and Dashain, Tihar and winter holiday seats go first. Ask us to add the current fare to your quote.
How much is the Indonesia visa for Nepali passport holders?
Nepali passport holders need the Indonesia C1 tourist e-Visa before they fly. Nepal is not on Indonesia's visa on arrival list, so you cannot get a visa at Bali airport. The C1 e-Visa allows up to 60 days per entry, covers Bali and the rest of Indonesia, and must be used within 90 days of approval.
- Two separate costs: the government e-Visa fee, set by Indonesian immigration and paid online when you apply, and, only if you ask us to file it, Gomayu's service charge plus VAT. Our Indonesia visa page shows our current all-in price.
- You can apply yourself: Nepali applicants do not need an Indonesian sponsor for the C1 e-Visa. The only official site is evisa.imigrasi.go.id. There is no Indonesian embassy in Nepal, so the whole process is online.
- How long it takes: Indonesian immigration says most tourist visas are processed within 5 working days. We plan for 7 to 12 working days to leave room for queries.
- Proof of funds: the official eVisa site asks for proof of living expenses of at least US$2,000 or the equivalent. This is money you show, not a cost.
- Other documents: passport valid 6 months or more, a recent photo, confirmed return flights and hotel booking.
Two more steps sit beside the visa. Every traveller must complete the All Indonesia Arrival Card at allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id within 3 days before arrival; there is no charge for it on the official site. Bali arrivals also pay the Bali Tourist Levy of IDR 150,000 per person, children included, once per visit at lovebali.baliprov.go.id. That levy is in our totals above.
Full process and document checklist: Indonesia visa for Nepali citizens.
How much pocket money do you need per day in Bali?

| Daily item | IDR | NRs (at 8.58 per 1,000) |
|---|---|---|
| Two simple meals (lunch and dinner) | 60,000 to 200,000 | 515 to 1,716 |
| Water, coffee and snacks | 20,000 to 80,000 | 172 to 686 |
| Grab or taxi rides on your own | 50,000 to 150,000 | 429 to 1,287 |
| Per day | 130,000 to 430,000 | 1,116 to 3,689 |
| Tourist SIM, once per trip (30 days, airport counter) | 250,000 to 400,000 | 2,145 to 3,432 |

The package is from NRs 49,800 and already includes the fast boat to Nusa Penida; the rest is the Kathmandu flight, the Bali and Nusa Penida levies and seven days of pocket money, as shown in the first table.
Planning 7 days for your family or office group? Send your dates on WhatsApp for one price that includes the flight.
How can you spend less on a Bali trip from Nepal?
- Travel as a group of 3 or more. On the Bali Holiday Package the price drops from NRs 46,000 each for 2 people to NRs 42,000 each for 14 or more.
- Book the flight early. It is more than half the cost of the trip. KAYAK's data suggests booking well ahead saves the most on this route.
- Pick your month. In KAYAK's data, fares were lowest in December and highest in September. See the best time to visit Bali for the weather side.
- Buy your SIM outside the airport. Shops in town charge noticeably less than the arrival-hall counters.
What does the Gomayu price include and exclude?
On the Bali Holiday Package, the price includes airport pickup and drop-off by private vehicle, 4 nights in 3 or 4-star hotels, daily breakfast plus the meals named in the itinerary, all sightseeing and transfers in the itinerary, a driver-cum-guide, and entry fees for the places in the itinerary.
It excludes the Indonesia visa, international and domestic flights, the Bali Tourist Levy, lunches and dinners not named in the itinerary, travel and medical insurance, optional activities such as water sports, and drinks, tips and personal expenses. Inclusions differ slightly by tour, so check each tour page.
Flying from abroad? If you are a Nepali living in the Gulf, Malaysia, Japan, Korea or Australia, your flight cost will differ from a Kathmandu fare and is often lower from Asian hubs, but the land package price stays the same; tell us your departure city.
